Integral practices for soulful and creative living
I live in Pembrokeshire near to the wild and beautiful Newgale Beach. My work is to help people find themselves, fulfil themselves and grow themselves in this troubled, beautiful world. I offer integral coaching and counselling from St Davids Wellbeing Centre, online via video platforms and through my books and e-courses.
I offer no definite answers – no ten point programme or magic new-age therapy – in fact, I value the holding of uncertainty as a virtue! What I do have is the experience of a life spent engaging – as fully as possible – with my work, relationships, community and soul; and I have two decades of working as a helper and activist – a counsellor, coach, psychotherapist and spiritual companion.
I am a writer and educator whose 'soul-making' work supports people in their wellbeing, spirituality, creativity and activism. I am a life-long eclectic reader, and love creating new projects and collaborations. I love running, bodyboarding, yoga and music and I'm a devoted Grandpa.
