Deep Wellbeing and Soul Making
Course programmes 2020/21
My courses, workshops and writing are about exploring ways of living life fully – soulfully and with integrity. My DEEP WELLBEING & SOULMAKING course has run for a number of years with online and face-to-face groups. I am now registering interest for next year's course (beginning in January 2021) and you can get a prospectus by clicking on the peregrine icon on the left. You’ll find a brief outline of the course below.
I will also be hosting a new DEEP WELLBEING CONVERSATION GROUP, starting on October 1st 2020. The group will be open to anyone who has undertaken the Deep Wellbeing course and/or coaching work with me in recent years including, of course, the members of the most recent group. Email me if you'd like to join. The aim is to provide a space for people to share their thoughts and feelings as they unfold about deep wellbeing and the contexts we live in. Group members from last year found these sessions nourishing and supportive – and they are an opportunity to engage in some deep and engaging conversations. You can find an information sheet on this HERE.
The group will meet twice a month for a block of six sessions – to be renewed every three months or so. Sessions will be on Zoom and last 90 minutes long (6.30 till 8 on a Thursday evening). Cost will be kept as low as possible at £15 per session, or £75 for the six-week block. Dates for the first block are: 1st and 15th October; 5th and 19th November; 3rd and 10th December.
Deep wellbeing and soulmaking is a learning and development programme aimed at people who are interested in creative development in these challenging times. It is for anyone interested in developing their own deep wellbeing and resilience within an ecological, connected framework.
The course involves nine evening sessions – running monthly on Thursday evenings – with a introductory session at the beginning of the programme. The programme is aimed at supporting psychological and spiritual development, integral life practice, ecological activism and creativity.
You can also choose to discuss the ideas, questions and practices with me in one-to-one coaching sessions. The questions, activities and course notes are designed to be used flexibly, and can be used as a prompt for your reflections, journalling and group discussions.
First - as a member of an online course group which will run from January through 2021. You undertake the course at home, with email and video-link coaching conversations to track your progress. There will be one coaching module included in the course and you can add more (at a discounted price) as you go. There will also be an invitation to a summer retreat near St Davids, Pembrokeshire – to which previous course attendees will also be invited.
Second – if you'd like to work on the course individually, then it is possible to put together a programme of learning and coaching starting at any time. Note that you won't be working with others on the course, but you will receive full support from me, and will be part of the wider Deep Wellbeing community via the Facebook group.
